Glenn Reynolds, Lead Pastor
Glenn Reynolds is the Lead Pastor at Bethel. He joined the staff after starting and serving as the lead pastor of Christian Life Assembly in Des Moines, Iowa for over 14 years. He has also served in a number of leadership positions in the Assemblies of God, including Assistant Superintendent of the Iowa Ministry Network.
He has a Master of Arts degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and is a doctoral candidate at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
He is married to Amberly who serves as the Director of the Beautiful Women’s Ministry at Bethel. Together, they have three children—Grant (14), Corbin (8), and Morgan (5).

Victor Oladokun, Associate Pastor of Ministry Development
Dr. Victor B. Oladokun is the Associate Pastor of Ministry Development. He joined Bethel Temple after a stint in the corporate world, and almost two decades as a Managing Producer and International TV host with the Christian Broadcasting Network. Dr. Oladokun was born and raised in England, grew up in Nigeria, and has made Virginia home for 20 years.
He has a doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership and a Masters degree in Communication from Regent University. He is a member of the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the World Futures Society (WFS).
Victor is happily married to Georgina Merriman-Johnson, who is the Choir Director at Bethel Temple. Together they have two teenage children – Natasha and Alexander.

Kelvin P. Evans, Associate Pastor of Ministry Operations
Kelvin P. Evans is the Associate Pastor of Ministry Operations. He has served at Bethel Temple for the past eight years.
Kelvin is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia (BS Political Science/Psychology) and is currently working on a M.Div. at Virginia University of Lynchburg.
Kelvin is married to Heather, and together they have three lovely girls – Kelsi, Kaylin and Kameryn.

Telvin Howe, Pastor of Bethel Master's Commission
Telvin Howe serves as the Pastor of the Bethel Master's Commission. His ministry has taken him to many nations such as Guatemala, China, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. He has an incredible heart for this generation and for God.
Telvin and his wife, Beca (a two-year graduate of Bethel Master's Commission) have dedicated their lives to helping youth and young adults fulfill their God-given destiny.

Spencer Click, Children's Pastor
Spencer Click is the Children’s Pastor at Bethel Temple. He has served in Children’s Ministry for over 21 years; progressing from a teenage volunteer to a full time Pastor.
He is an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God and has a B.A. in Children’s Ministry From North Central University.
He and his wife Heather have a shared passion to see Children grow in the their relationship with Jesus.

Jose L. Rodriguez, Hispanic and Care Ministry Pastor
Jose L Rodriguez is the Hispanic and Care Ministry Pastor. He has served at Bethel Temple for three years.
Jose was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in the city of Miami.
Jose is married to Waleska X Rodriguez. Together they have one teenage daughter and a son―Nissy and Gustavo.
