Q: How much is it to register?
A: $25 per household before August 31, $35 per household as of September 1
Q: Is the registration fee per student?
A: No, the registration fee will cover everyone in your household.
Q: When does the 2011-2012 season start?
A: Tuesday, September 6 (Day after Labor Day)

Q: Does BSA accept cash?
A: No; However, we do accept personal checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards. We also have an automatic draft billing option you can take advantage of by filling out and submitting this printable form. You can also pay online by logging into your BSA online account.
Q: When is tuition due?
A: By the 7th of each month. As of the 10th, a $10 late fee is automatically assessed to your account. Any student whose account is not paid by the 15th of the month will be suspended from classes until their account is paid in full. Q: How old does my child need to be?
A:Dance: 3 years of age by September 6, 2011.
Gymnastics: 4 years of age by September 6, 2011.
Drama: 7 years of age by September 6, 2011.
Piano: At least 7 years of age.
Voice: Teacher’s discretion is advised.
Drums: At least 8 years of age.
Guitar: At least 8 years of age.
Drawing: At least 7 years of age.
Q: How do I withdraw my enrollment?
A: Students are responsible for tuition in full until such time as a withdrawal form is completed and turned into the Bethel School of the Arts office. Students needing to withdraw are required to provide a 4-week notification, using the withdrawal form, prior to attending their last class. Click here to download the withdrawal form.
Q: Are scholarships available?
A: Yes. A limited amount of both partial and full scholarships are available. Scholarships are determined by the family’s financial situation, student’s potential, dedication level, and over-all attitude. An interview, audition, and and committed participation or assistance in Bethel/BSA related events are required.
Weather Related and Holiday Closings
Q: What is the weather cancellation policy?
A: BSA will use it’s own discretion regarding weather related cancellations. Students will be notified of weather related cancellations through the following:

Q: When does BSA close for the holidays?
A: BSA will be closed during the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving: November 22 - 26
- Winter Break: December 12 - 16
- Christmas Break: December 26 - Jan 1
- Spring Break: April 2 - April 7
- BSA will not be closed for any other holiday such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, George Washington’s birthday, etc.
Private Lesson Cancellations
Q: Where do I purchase music books?
A: Depending on the instructor, you will either be given instructions on what to buy and where to buy it, or they will purchase it for you, and you will be responsible to reimburse them.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Private lesson students are required to give 24-hour cancellation notice directly to their teacher in order to apply a payment toward a future lesson. If 24-hour notice is not given, the student is responsible to pay for the missed lesson. Three or more missed lessons without proper notification, will forfeit their lesson time slot to another student.

Class Requirements
Q: Do I need to own the instrument I am taking lessons for?
A: Yes! Music lessons require you to practice at home in order to progress.
Q: What and Where do I purchase the drawing class supplies?
A: The teacher will collect a $20 supply fee per semester from each student, and will provide you with everything you need for the class.
